Completely awful!! I would never do that to my students. I want to know what was going on with the bus driver to think that it was okay to leave elementary aged kids alone, much less send them into the store!

Way too many red flags here...at least this had the proper outcome. county.line.road : I'm guessing that not everyone is as capable of intelligent thought as they need to be in important jobs. Not only did he stop at a liquor store for the water, but he trusted the students to make the purchase and be there when he came back. I'm not trying to hate on the students, but this is too many assumptions to make in a situation that could have turned out a lot differently. The driver should have waited until he unloaded everyone to go to the store for water, but apparently, that is was too much thought. Now the next "Bus Drivers Wanted" sign is probably going to include "Professionals Only".
