For 32 years old, that is in fairly decent condition (yes, the one seat inside is shredded ). Considering that it is a 1992, I'm sure that the instrument panel is not original (7700 miles ).

When i was in Punta Cana this week, I learned that one of the local bus companies once had two ward senators on their fleet, they're long gone now and have been scrapped following retirement years ago...

Come on Arleth, you're supposed to be on top of this! You can't make a post like this and not have pictures 🙄... I would have loved to seen them though!

Baylor 056 by Andrew Penney Photography, on Flickr Although this one is no longer sporting school bus colors, here's a rare Senator that did not originally have Kentucky specs.

I found this interesting Senator on one of my Arkansas trips. There are quite a few differences compared to the production models: rounded 1980s-style rubrails turn signals in the middle of the front end, not on the bottom a vent right under the driver's side mirror bracket additional trim (not paint) on the front end differences with the lower body panels under the driver's window in relation to the front bumper (on production models, the panels were flush with the bumper - on this model, the front bumper is lower than the rest of the side panels) Given its location and those details, I'm inclined to say that this is a Senator prototype of sorts, or at least something developed in between the President and Senator.

Here is one that was owned by a bus contractor in Louisville. Not sure what county operated it prior to Commonwealth as it was renumbered. I'll have a few more to post over time, I've been going through my archives and re-editing photos for flickr. Commonwealth #555 (Retired) by 92wardsenator, on Flickr
