It features a lot of great specs, such as air conditioning, rear LED lights, understorage, tinted windows, etc. You can tell it has been taken care of well, as it was 14 years old when the pic was taken in 2013.

This picture isn't mine, but I can't remember where I came across it. I have never managed to get my own pictures of it, hopefully someday though.

One of the three (14107) passes by my house every school day unless they're using a spare. Three others have the standard window frames The school district near my grandparents (On my mom's side) house have two Minotours with Black Window Frames and no warning light visors. Most of their fleet consist of Blue Bird All American FEs with no warning light visors They use Ocean State Transit (A local school bus contractor). Before that, they had First Student. Before this school year, I never saw a CE with Black Window Frames before. Most of the full sized buses with black window frames in my state are C2s from First Student like one pictured below.
